Can I add my logo and company name?

Yes you can, once you download the templates you can upload it on your software and put your logo on it.

How long will it take to receive my documents?

Once an order is put through and payment received, instantly

How do I download my purchased products?

We will send you a link once an order is put through and payment is received

Do you have a refund policy?

We give customers as much information as possible through sample downloads which give a good idea on the product prior to releasing the full document, once the download link is sent all sales are final.

If I download the document and I need some more information can I email you for more info?

Yes if you need some information which isn’t specifically covered in the template feel free to email your requirements and we will send answers it to you within 3 business days.

If my project is in a location different from a major city will that affect the rates?

Yes you will need to select select the ‘state’, ‘region’ as this will affect the final rates provided in the download.

If I am too busy to estimate my project, can you do it for me?

Yes we can, feel free to email support and we can give you a fee proposal to do so.

I don’t use cubit, I use a different software, If you don’t have the file in my required format can we request that you do it in the format I need?

Yes let us know which format you need and we can adjust it for you.
